Nasir Al Mulk Mosque in Shiraz

This unique mosque was built during Qajar era (between 1876 to 1888) by the order of Mirza Hasan Ali (Nasir al Molk), a Qajar ruler. Vakil Mosque in Shiraz

Vakil Mosque is one of the most famous historical mosques located in the heart of shiraz. This is a part of Vakil Complex which includes a bazaar, a mosque and a historic bath which are among must visit spots in Shiraz city. This artistic mosque was built by the order of Karim Khan Zand, the great king of Iran about 200 years ago when Shiraz was the capital city of Iran. Every corner of this mosque is an artwork and you can find the walls and ceiling of the mosque which are decorated as beautifully as possible. Vakil Mosque has two east and west porches, and in the courtyard of the mosque you can see the colorful tiles capture the eyes. In this mosque, be sure to watch the Pearl Arch, which is located in the northern part of the mosque and its height is about 20 meters.

 

Shah Mosque (Imam Mosque) in Isfahan

Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque in Isfahan

Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque is known as Ladies Mosque due to its gentle interior designing. The exterior of Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque has a collection of reliefs and floral motifs, which is a unique masterpiece of art and design.
